The QUICK TSS10C-3D-02 is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip in a 200W version for the QUICK TS10 soldering station and is designed for versatile soldering work with fine to medium thermal demand. With its straight chisel geometry, 3.0 mm width and 1.0 mm chisel thickness, it offers a very good balance of controlled guidance, practical contact area and reliable heat transfer. This makes it especially suitable for many typical applications in electronics, service, rework and assembly.
The chisel tip shape is one of the proven standard geometries in professional soldering. It allows clean positioning on pads, traces, component leads and contacts while transferring more heat into the solder joint than very fine or pointed versions. This helps heat the joint quickly without the tip already becoming too wide or too coarse for standard electronics work.
In combination with the QUICK TS10 system, the TSS10C-3D-02 is especially interesting for users who need a universally usable soldering tip with solid thermal reserve. The 200W version supports clean and even work when slightly larger pads, stronger leads or mildly heat-absorbing connections need to be processed. It is well suited for through-hole components, PCB connections, plug contacts, cable terminations, stranded wires and rework.
The TSS10 series combines soldering tip and heater in one direct unit. In combination with the QUICK TS10, approx. 3 seconds to 300°C are possible with a 1.6 mm tip. Temperature measurement directly in the tip supports precise control and fast reheating. An integrated thermocouple and the integrated chip for the individual calibration value support reliable and reproducible temperature indication at the station.
