The QUICK TSS10C-3CM-01 is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip in a 200W version for the QUICK TS10 soldering station and is designed for controlled soldering work with fine to medium thermal demand. With its slim elliptical 45° bevel and 3.0 mm diameter, it combines good heat transfer with improved accessibility at the solder joint. This makes it especially suitable for applications where a little more contact area is desired, while clean work is still required in tighter or densely populated areas.
The angled shape offers clear practical advantages in handling. Due to the bevel, the tip can be positioned flat and comfortably, often improving the view of the solder joint compared with straight versions. The slim design additionally supports work in harder-to-reach areas without giving up the heat transfer advantages of a 3.0 mm tip. This creates a very balanced combination of control, reach and thermal performance.

The TSS10 series combines soldering tip and heater in one direct unit. In combination with the QUICK TS10, approx. 3 seconds to 300°C are possible with a 1.6 mm tip. Temperature measurement directly in the tip supports precise control and fast reheating. An integrated thermocouple and the integrated chip for the individual calibration value support reliable and reproducible temperature indication at the station.
