Leave OXYD-OFF on for a few minutes. Repeat the process for heavy oxide layers. OXYD-OFF can remain on the material or, if necessary for optical reasons, can be easily removed using SPRAYWASH. Any green spots that may appear do not affect the function of the device in any way, but should be removed using SPRAYWASH.
