The QUICK TS11 is a compact digital 90 W industrial hand soldering station designed for delicate and precise electronics work in service, workshop, manufacturing and prototyping. Its fine soldering iron supports work on small joints, fine pads, SMD components and sensitive electronic assemblies. The rapid cartridge system combines soldering tip and heater in one unit, enabling extremely efficient heat transfer, very fast heat-up and precise thermal recovery directly at the joint. The system reaches 300 °C in just 3 seconds and delivers up to 90 W power for fast readiness in everyday work.
The IPS color display provides clear visibility of temperature and status from different viewing angles. The temperature range of 100–450 °C is sensor-controlled and calibratable. Three memory channels CH1–CH3 support repeatable workflows, while password lock and a buzzer temperature alarm help maintain stable process settings. ESD protection supports safe handling of sensitive components.
The integrated thermocouple enables precise real-time temperature monitoring and improves temperature stability. Auto sleep and auto power-off improve safety and reduce unnecessary tip wear. Standby works only when the iron is placed in the holder. The set includes 3 cartridge tips: bent needle 0.5 mm, knife 3 mm and straight needle 0.5 mm. Also included are a stable holder with brass wool cleaner, integrated holders for 6 tips, a silicone pad for quick tip exchange and an ESD equipotential bonding cable.
