The QUICK TSS10C-5D is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip in a 200W version for the QUICK TS10 soldering station and is designed for soldering work with medium to increased thermal demand. With its straight chisel geometry, 5.0 mm width and 1.7 mm chisel thickness, it offers a very good combination of high heat transfer, robust everyday usability and still good handling. This makes it especially suitable for professional applications in electronics, service, repair, rework and assembly where larger contact areas or slightly more heat-intensive connections need to be processed safely.
The chisel tip shape is one of the proven standard geometries in soldering because it combines a practical contact area with controlled guidance. The flat working edge allows clean positioning on pads, traces, plug contacts, solder tabs and cable connections. Compared with finer tip shapes, the 5.0 mm version transfers significantly more heat into the solder joint and therefore makes work easier on connections where smaller tips can reach their thermal limits.
In combination with the QUICK TS10 system, the TSS10C-5D is especially interesting for users who need a stronger chisel tip for daily professional use. The 200W version provides reliable heat recovery and supports clean, even work on solder joints that dissipate heat noticeably or require a larger contact area. It is well suited for through-hole components, plug contacts, cable terminations, stranded wires, solder tabs and rework.
The TSS10 series combines soldering tip and heater in one direct unit. In combination with the QUICK TS10, approx. 3 seconds to 300°C are possible with a 1.6 mm tip. Temperature measurement directly in the tip supports precise control and fast reheating. An integrated thermocouple and the integrated chip for the individual calibration value support reliable and reproducible temperature indication at the station.
