The QUICK TSS10C-2.4D is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip in a 200W version for the QUICK TS10 soldering station and is designed for versatile soldering work with medium thermal demand. With its straight chisel geometry, 2.4 mm width and 1.2 mm chisel thickness, it offers a balanced combination of good heat transfer, controlled guidance and high practical usability. This makes it especially suitable for many typical applications in electronics, service, rework and assembly.
The chisel tip shape is one of the proven all-round geometries in soldering. It combines a practical contact area with clean guidance at the solder joint. Compared with very fine tips, a 2.4 mm chisel can transfer more heat into pads, leads or traces without already becoming too coarse for many standard electronics applications. This makes it especially interesting for users who need a universally usable tip with solid thermal performance.
In combination with the QUICK TS10 system, the TSS10C-2.4D provides a practical solution for professional soldering tasks where both clean work and reliable heat transfer are required. The 200W version provides sufficient thermal reserve to process many typical solder joints quickly and evenly. It is well suited for through-hole components, PCB connections, smaller to medium plug contacts, cable terminations, stranded wires and rework tasks.
The TSS10 series combines soldering tip and heater in one direct unit. In combination with the QUICK TS10, approx. 3 seconds to 300°C are possible with a 1.6 mm tip. Temperature measurement directly in the tip supports precise control and fast reheating. An integrated thermocouple and the integrated chip for the individual calibration value support reliable and reproducible temperature indication at the station.
