The QUICK TSS10C-3C is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip in a 200W version for the QUICK TS10 soldering station and is designed for versatile soldering work with fine to medium thermal demand. With its 45° elliptical bevel and 3.0 mm diameter, it combines good heat transfer with a comfortable and controllable working geometry. This makes it especially suitable for applications where clean work, precise control and sufficient thermal reserve are required.
Compared with straight tip geometries, the angled shape offers practical advantages. Due to the 45° angle, the tip can be guided flat and with good visibility to the solder joint in many working situations. Depending on the hand position, either the edge or a slightly larger contact area can be used. This allows heat to be applied in a targeted way without the tip becoming unnecessarily coarse. This is especially useful in typical electronics and service work.
In combination with the QUICK TS10 system, the TSS10C-3C is a practical solution for professional users who need a controllable and versatile tip. The 200W version ensures that slightly larger pads, leads or contact areas can be heated cleanly without losing good handling. It is well suited for pads, traces, through-hole leads, plug contacts, cable terminations, stranded wires and rework tasks.
The TSS10 series combines soldering tip and heater in one direct unit. In combination with the QUICK TS10, approx. 3 seconds to 300°C are possible with a 1.6 mm tip. Temperature measurement directly in the tip supports precise control and fast reheating. An integrated thermocouple and the integrated chip for the individual calibration value support reliable and reproducible temperature indication at the station.
