The QUICK TSS10C-2C is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip in a 200W version for the QUICK TS10 soldering station and is designed for controlled soldering work with fine to medium thermal demand. With its 45° elliptical bevel and 2.0 mm diameter, it offers a very good combination of precise guidance, good accessibility and solid heat transfer. This makes it especially suitable for electronics, service, repair and rework tasks where clean work and sufficient thermal reserve are required.
Compared with straight tip geometries, the angled shape offers practical advantages in handling. Due to the 45° angle, the tip can be positioned comfortably and guided well in many working situations. Depending on the hand position, the edge can be used for targeted work or a slightly larger contact area can be used to transfer heat into the solder joint. This creates a balanced working geometry that supports both controlled soldering and practical heat transfer.
In combination with the QUICK TS10 system, the TSS10C-2C is a very versatile solution for professional users who want to work cleanly and safely on typical electronics joints. The 200W version ensures that sufficient power reserve is available even for slightly larger pads, leads or heat-absorbing contact areas, without the tip becoming too coarse for finer work.
The TSS10 series combines soldering tip and heater in one direct unit. In combination with the QUICK TS10, approx. 3 seconds to 300°C are possible with a 1.6 mm tip. Temperature measurement directly in the tip supports precise control and fast reheating. An integrated thermocouple and the integrated chip for the individual calibration value support reliable and reproducible temperature indication at the station.
