The QUICK TSS10C-1C is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip in a 200W version for the QUICK TS10 soldering station and is designed for fine, controlled soldering work with good accessibility. With its elliptically shaped 45° bevel and 1.0 mm diameter, it is especially suitable for applications where precise work, a clear view of the solder joint and cleanly dosed heat transfer are required.
Compared with straight tip geometries, the angled shape offers practical advantages in handling at the solder joint. Due to the 45° angle, the tip can be positioned comfortably and guided well even in tighter or harder-to-reach areas. Depending on the hand position, the edge can be used for very targeted work or a slightly larger contact area can be used to transfer heat. This geometry therefore combines precise handling with very practical heat transfer for fine soldering work.
In combination with the QUICK TS10 system, the TSS10C-1C is ideal for users who want to work safely and in a controlled manner on smaller solder joints without giving up the advantages of a powerful cartridge tip. The 200W version provides sufficient thermal reserve for electronics work, service and rework tasks on small pads, traces, through-hole leads and plug contacts.
The TSS10 series combines soldering tip and heater in one direct unit. In combination with the QUICK TS10, approx. 3 seconds to 300°C are possible with a 1.6 mm tip. Temperature measurement directly in the tip supports precise control and fast reheating. An integrated thermocouple and the integrated chip for the individual calibration value support reliable and reproducible temperature indication at the station.
