The QUICK ET9494F-A soldering robot works with a powerful soldering station. You can choose from a wide range of soldering tips or order a tip specifically tailored to your application.
Key facts about the soldering robot:
-Precise movement in the X/Y/Z axes = 400x400x100mm and rotation ±180°
-Axis accuracy +/-0.01mm
Solder wire feed device with alarm in case of jamming or breakage. In addition, the solder wire is automatically perforated during feed to minimize solder splatter.
-Powerful 200-watt soldering station
-Large selection of soldering tips, special tips can be ordered on request.
-Soldering tip cleaning is possible without contact using compressed air or rotating brass brushes or rotating sponge brushes.
-The input pad can be used to teach the process and program the parameters in a practical manner.
-Emergency stop button
Additional options are available:
-QU9036 automatic soldering tip measurement in X/Y/Z axis
-QU6102 Solder fume extraction via two extraction hoses, also directly at the soldering tip
-QUcamera The process can be observed via a process camera and monitor.
-A suitable soldering iron (QO9018BMT) and a nitrogen generator (QU9039) are required for soldering under nitrogen.
-QUsafetyL the optional safety housing with interior lighting is transparent to the outside, ESD-safe, and has an integrated LED curtain. This automatically stops the process safely at the end of the current soldering point if the work area is accessed.
