The GALLUNOPTIMAL ESD Work Mat Size L in this version combines the large work mat with a matching ESD silicone insert and is designed for workstations where sensitive electronic parts and assemblies are repaired, assembled or processed. The key feature of this version is the included conductive ESD silicone insert with a 10 mm snap connection for grounding.
The work mat itself is made of soft PVC/rubber and offers a spacious 57 x 38 cm work area for soldering, electronics repair, service, assembly and precision work. The included ESD silicone insert adds an ESD-oriented work area for sensitive components and assemblies. With the 10 mm snap connection, grounding can be connected easily to create a more protected workstation for ESD-relevant applications.
Because the ESD silicone insert is heat resistant up to 500°C, hot tools or components can also be placed on the surface safely during daily work. Component and tool holders, 3 magnetic zones, 123 small-parts compartments and 49 additional compartments support an organized workflow.
