The GALLUNOPTIMAL Black Edition single-cable multiswitch is designed for satellite distribution systems and provides 24 user bands via a single cable output. It supports EN 50494 and EN 50607 and can be used for up to 24 compatible participants or tuners.
IMPORTANT FOR WIDEBAND OPERATION: Only two Wideband LNBs with an LO frequency of 10.40 GHz are intended for this mode. Wideband LNBs with a different LO frequency are not suitable.
A selector switch allows the input configuration to be changed between 1x Quattro LNB for one satellite and 2x Wideband LNBs with an LOF of 10.40 GHz for two satellite positions.
The multiswitch can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into a suitably configured cascade. The trunk outputs pass through the signals according to the selected Quattro or Wideband mode. Downstream components therefore need to match the selected LNB configuration.
Power supply selection is also controlled by a switch: the unit can be powered by an external power supply or via connected receivers. Features include AGC (Automatic Gain Control), an integrated status LED, compact construction, a shielded housing and mounting feet. A 12 V power supply is included.
