GALLUNOPTIMAL automatic soldering tip cleaner for 0-7, 7-10 mm
uses photoelectric automatic sensor technology. Cleaning starts automatically when the soldering tip is inserted into an inlet and stops to switch to standby mode when the tip is removed.
No water is required. The soldering tip is cleaned in the upper inlet by rotating silicone wings and in the lower inlet by rotating brass brushes. This process only slightly lowers the temperature of the soldering tip during cleaning.
The oxides from the soldering tip and tin residues are automatically collected in a removable drip tray during cleaning.

The upper opening is for gentle cleaning of fine soldering tips. It uses a rotating, high-temperature-resistant, soft silicone brush that is suitable for less oxidized tips and at the same time offers good cleaning performance on tin-plated soldering tips. Fine oxidation on soldering tips is removed effortlessly.
– The lower opening is for cleaning coarse soldering tips with a mechanical cleaning function using rotating copper wire brushes.
The cleaning brushes are replaceable as wear parts.
