Power soldering iron with sensor-controlled tip temperature
The ERSA Multi-TC is a powerful, robust temperature-controlled power soldering iron with a sensitive temperature sensor located directly under the internally heated soldering tip. This temperature sensor detects the actual temperature in the immediate vicinity of the soldering point. The heating system can thus react immediately to the heat loss and reheat extremely quickly. The high heat output with the internal PTC heating element results in exceptionally fast heating. The high thermal efficiency and the wide range of soldering tips and inserts allow both delicate applications in electronics and applications where standard soldering irons with up to 150 W power are used. These include, for example, the classic lead glazing and Tiffany techniques. The absence of a heavy power transformer and the use of a heat-resistant connection cable make the ERSA Multi-TC particularly suitable for mobile use in service, maintenance and repair. The ERSA Multi-TC is equipped with a 2.2 mm chisel-shaped ERSADUR permanent soldering tip (0842CD), a tip holder (0A18) and 1 meter of 0.7 mm soldering wire (FCL070010Ni+).
