Area of application
BERNSTEIN quality VDE screwdriver, 100% made in Germany. The protective-coated blade is made of high-quality chrome vanadium steel and hardened along its entire length to prevent twisting; the tip is burnished. The ergonomically shaped VDE multi-component handle is slip-resistant, impact-resistant, and has a practical hanging hole.
Technical product description
The quality is particularly evident in the manufacturing process of the blade. During quality testing, it is clamped in a torque test bench and twisted until it breaks cleanly. According to DIN, this must take place within a specific Newton meter range. Only a clean break is safe! Inferior products can splinter or tear, which can be extremely dangerous.

Our VDE screwdrivers are subject to VDE testing. Each screwdriver in this series is individually tested in accordance with VDE guidelines DIN IEC 60900 / EN 60900 and approved for working with voltages up to 1000 volts. All insulation is REACH-compliant and phthalate-free.
