Acrylic Varnish ECS 70 Plastic, 400ml, Spray Bottle
PLASTIC is a fast-drying, colorless, transparent acrylic varnish and is suitable as an anti-corrosion varnish for printed circuit boards. PLASTIC has excellent insulating properties and protects against moisture and inorganic, acid and alkaline vapors. PLASTIC has a permanently good adhesion. It can be used in a temperature range between -70°C and +100°C and can be briefly exposed to temperatures of up to
max. 120°C. The varnish is solderable and allows repair on printed circuit boards. PLASTIC guarantees long-lasting protection of printed circuit boards, can be used for post-insulation of coils and as a universal clear coat for metal, paper, signs, etc. PLASTIC adheres to metal, plastic, wood, cardboard, glass, etc. It does not drip and contains a UV indicator for quality control. PLASTIC complies with MIL-I-46058C “Type Acrylic Resin”.
It has a wide range of uses and applications. PLASTIC prevents leakage currents in electrical devices, eliminates micro-fissures in coils and transformers, protects components from condensation and moisture and insulates cables or wires. In electrical engineering, PLASTIC is used to coat clamp and screw connections and in switch boxes that are exposed to atmospheric influences.
Before application, thoroughly clean surfaces of residues such as paint and lubricants with Contact Cleaner. Apply PLASTIC to the desired surfaces from a distance of approx. 20–30 cm. Do not use near flames or hot objects. Follow the device manufacturer’s cleaning instructions!

When stored properly, the shelf life is 2 years.

First 10-15 minutes at room temperature
