Black Aluminium Roof Flashing Tile for Antenna Masts up to Ø 60 mm – 450 × 500 mm

The AS40301 is a large aluminium roof flashing tile designed for routing an antenna mast through a pitched tiled roof.

The plate measures 450 × 500 mm and is finished in black, making it particularly suitable for black, anthracite and other dark roof coverings.

According to the available product data, the flashing is suitable for antenna masts with an outside diameter of up to 60 mm and for roof pitches up to 56°.

Suitable for antenna masts up to Ø 60 mm

The mast opening is intended for antenna tubes up to 60 mm in diameter.

Typical applications include:

satellite antenna masts

DVB-T/T2 antennas

DAB/DAB+ antennas

FM antennas

combined roof-mounted antenna systems

Large 450 × 500 mm aluminium plate

The flashing measures:

Length: 450 mm

Width: 500 mm

The generous surface area provides sufficient material for adaptation to many common roof tile profiles.

Formable aluminium construction

The aluminium plate can be shaped to follow many typical roof tile contours.

This makes it suitable for a wide range of tiled roof installations.

Compatibility should nevertheless be checked against the actual roof profile and installation geometry.

Black coated surface

The black coating makes the flashing particularly suitable for:

black roof tiles

anthracite roof coverings

dark-grey pitched roofs

visually discreet antenna installations

Aluminium alternative to traditional lead flashing

The AS40301 uses a formable aluminium construction instead of conventional lead sheet.

Benefits include:

relatively low weight

good formability

corrosion-resistant base material

no traditional lead sheet

discreet black finish

Suitable for roof pitches up to 56°

According to the available product data, the flashing can be used on roof pitches up to 56°.

Integrated adhesive strip

An adhesive strip helps secure the flashing to adjacent roof tiles.

According to the product data, the adhesive area is suitable for temperatures from approximately -30 °C to +110 °C.

Correct roof integration is essential

The AS40301 forms part of the complete roof penetration system.

Proper weather protection depends on correct installation with:

surrounding roof tiles

sufficient overlap

mast sealing

roofing membrane or underlay

correct roof drainage

The flashing itself should not be regarded as a universal guarantee of complete roof watertightness.

Mechanical mast support required separately

The roof flashing is intended for passing the mast through the roof covering.

It is not a structural mast support.

The antenna mast must be secured independently using a suitable roof rafter bracket, mast support or comparable mounting system.
