The QUICK TSS10C-4DU-01 is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip in a 200W version for the QUICK TS10 soldering station and is specially designed for through-hole soldering work with fine to medium thermal demand. With its THT-optimized geometry, 2.5 mm inner size and 6.0 mm outer size, it is especially suitable for applications where pins, wire ends and plated through-holes need to be heated safely and evenly.<\/p>\n
Unlike standard tip geometries, this THT tip is adapted to typical through-hole applications. In THT joints, heat must not only be transferred into the solder pad, but also into the component lead or pin at the same time. This is exactly where this geometry shows its strength. It supports practical heat transfer to the relevant contact surfaces and helps create clean, even and reliably wetted through-hole joints.<\/p>\n
In combination with the QUICK TS10 system, the TSS10C-4DU-01 is especially useful for users in electronics production, rework, repair and service who regularly work with through-hole components and classic plated-through assemblies. The 200W version provides sufficient thermal reserve even on slightly larger solder eyes, more heat-dissipating boards or more massive leads.<\/p>\n
The TSS10 series combines soldering tip and heater in one direct unit. In combination with the QUICK TS10, approx. 3 seconds to 300\u00b0C are possible with a 1.6 mm tip. Temperature measurement directly in the tip supports precise control and fast reheating. An integrated thermocouple and the integrated chip for the individual calibration value support reliable and reproducible temperature indication at the station.<\/p>\n
