700 mm Aluminium Satellite Wall Mount – Ø 50 × 2.5 mm, Triple-Braced, for Dishes up to Ø 90 cm

The AS10070 is a long-reach aluminium wall mount designed for permanent installation of suitable satellite dishes where increased clearance from the building façade is required.

According to the available product data, the bracket provides a wall offset of 700 mm and a mounting tube height of 250 mm.

The antenna tube measures Ø 50 mm with a 2.5 mm wall thickness and is supported by three braces arranged at 120°.

The wall plate measures 190 × 190 × 5 mm and includes elongated mounting holes and a reinforcing collar.

According to the available product data, the mount is suitable for satellite dishes up to Ø 90 cm.

700 mm wall clearance

The 700 mm wall offset provides substantially more clearance than a conventional compact satellite wall mount.

This can be useful where the installation has to clear:

roof overhangs

projecting building elements

cornices

recessed façades

other architectural obstructions

Significant leverage

The large 700 mm offset also creates substantial leverage on the wall fixing.

The complete installation must therefore be selected according to the actual mechanical load.

Relevant factors include:

dish weight

wind area

installation height

wall construction

anchor system

local wind conditions

Ø 50 × 2.5 mm antenna tube

Tube specifications:

Outside diameter: Ø 50 mm

Wall thickness: 2.5 mm

Height: 250 mm

The satellite dish mast clamp must be compatible with a Ø 50 mm tube.

Triple-braced construction

According to the product data, the tube is supported by three braces arranged at 120°.

The bracing supports the stiffness of the long-reach construction.

It should not, however, be interpreted as a universal structural or wind-load approval.

Wall plate 190 × 190 × 5 mm

Wall plate dimensions:

190 × 190 mm

5 mm thickness

The plate includes elongated holes to assist positioning during installation and a reinforcing collar at the mechanically stressed transition area.

Aluminium construction

The mount is manufactured from an aluminium alloy according to the available product data.

Stainless-steel-look finish

The surface has a stainless-steel-look appearance.

This describes the visual finish only. The actual material is aluminium, not stainless steel.

Suitable for satellite dishes up to Ø 90 cm

According to the product data, the AS10070 is suitable for satellite dishes up to 90 cm in diameter.

This does not represent a universal structural approval for every wall, installation height or wind condition.

Wall fixing must suit the substrate

Suitable anchors and fasteners must be selected according to the actual wall construction.

Particular attention is required with:

hollow masonry

aerated concrete

insulated façades

ETICS systems

older masonry

No current wind-load certification assumed

Older product information refers to wind-load testing. Since no current verified test information is available for the present product, no current wind-load certification is claimed here.

Typical applications

The AS10070 can be used for:

satellite installation with large wall clearance

mounting below a roof overhang

gable installations

installations behind projecting building elements

situations where a standard short wall bracket does not provide sufficient clearance
