The QUICK TS1200D is a high-performance 120 W ESD industrial soldering station designed for precise and demanding soldering work in electronics, workshops, laboratories, development and production. Its sensor-controlled real-time temperature monitoring directly at the soldering tip provides fast heat-up and excellent temperature recovery under changing thermal loads. The station reaches 350\u00b0C in approximately 7 seconds.<\/p>\n
The adjustable temperature range from 200 to 420\u00b0C makes the TS1200D suitable for leaded and lead-free soldering, SMD work, PCB assembly and repair, fine electronics, model building and other professional soldering applications. Three temperature memories provide fast access to frequently used settings, while the temperature can also be adjusted in 1\u00b0C steps.<\/p>\n
The heating element is integrated directly into the Rapid cartridge soldering tip. This short thermal path provides fast response and allows the soldering tip to be changed quickly and easily. The ergonomic TSS30B soldering iron weighs only approximately 38 g and features a flexible 1.2 m silicone cable for comfortable handling during detailed soldering work.<\/p>\n
The integrated ESD test function monitors the grounding connection when activated. If proper grounding is not detected, a warning symbol is shown on the display. Programmable auto standby, automatic shut-off, temperature calibration, password protection and a temperature window alarm support controlled and repeatable work processes.<\/p>\n
The complete set includes the TS1200 base station, TSS30B soldering iron with pre-installed TSS02-1B 1 mm Rapid cartridge soldering tip, QUAS1200 iron holder with brass wool and viscose sponge, QUSILKPAD heat-resistant silicone pad for tip changes and an ESD grounding cable with crocodile clip.<\/p>\n
