Die i-CON VARIO 4 MK2 Mehrkanal L\u00f6t- und Entl\u00f6tstation wird h\u00f6chsten Anspr\u00fcchen an professionellem L\u00f6ten und Entl\u00f6ten gerecht. Das Flaggschiff der i-CON-Familie stellt dem Anwender 4 L\u00f6twerkzeuge f\u00fcr anspruchsvolle L\u00f6taufgaben zur Verf\u00fcgung: zur kontaktlosen Energie\u00fcbertragung einen ergonomischen Hei\u00dfluftkolben i-TOOL AIR S (200 W), f\u00fcr effizientes Einl\u00f6ten den 150 W starken i-TOOL MK2 L\u00f6tkolben, f\u00fcr pr\u00e4zises Entl\u00f6ten feinster SMD Elemente die Entl\u00f6tpinzette CHIP TOOL VARIO (2×40 W) und zum Entl\u00f6ten bedrahteter Bauelemente den X-TOOL VARIO (150 W). <\/p>\n

Alle L\u00f6ttools verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber einen Beschleunigungssensor, der nach Ablegen eine automatische Standby Schaltung (150-300\u00b0C) oder auch eine Ruhezustandsfunktion (Raumtemperatur) einstellen l\u00e4sst. Sekundenschnell heizen die Tools durch das Bewegen wieder in den Betriebsmodus. <\/p>\n

Alternativ ist der Anschluss weiterer ERSA L\u00f6twerkzeuge m\u00f6glich. <\/p>\n

S\u00e4mtliche Funktionen, inklusive der Luft- und Vakuumerzeugung, sind in einer zentralen Versorgungseinheit mit einer sehr einfachen i-Op Bedienung und \u00fcbersichtlichen Displays integriert. Die Station bietet dar\u00fcber hinaus Schnittstellen f\u00fcr das automatische Einschalten von ERSA L\u00f6trauchabsaugungen (durch Standby-Signal) oder eine Steuerungsm\u00f6glichkeit von ERSA Infrarot-Vorheizungen sowie einen USB-Anschluss. \u00dcber eine optionale microSD Speicherkarte kann die Station oder die Tools schnell und sicher aktualisiert werden und ist damit auch f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Tools ger\u00fcstet. Die Station ist f\u00fcr den Einsatz in ESD-Schutzzonen bestens geeignet.<\/p>\n

Ergonomisch handlicher und 200W leistungsstarker Hei\u00dfluftkolben mit am Griffst\u00fcck exakt regulierbarer Luftmenge (2 bis 20 l\/min) und dessen Anzeige im Display. Verwendbare Hei\u00dfluftspitzen der Serie 0472… Ein integrierter Bewegungssensor aktiviert den i-TOOL AIR S bei Entnahme aus der Ablage, mit einem optischen IR-Sensor im Handst\u00fcck wird die Luftmenge eingeschaltet.<\/p>\n

CHIP TOOL VARIO:<\/p>\n

Starke 2x 40W in kleiner kompakter Entl\u00f6tzange. Einzigartig ist die Umstellm\u00f6glichkeit der Federwirkung, entweder schlie\u00dfen Sie gegen die Feder oder klemmen das zu entl\u00f6tende Bauteil in die Feder der Pinzette. Die steckbaren Heizelement-Paare k\u00f6nnen am Griffst\u00fcck exakt zueinander ausgerichtet werden. The i-CON VARIO 4 MK2 multi-channel soldering and desoldering station meets the highest demands for professional soldering and desoldering. The flagship of the i-CON family provides the user with 4 soldering tools for demanding soldering tasks:
\nan ergonomic hot air pencil AIR-Tool S (200 W) for contactless energy transmission, the 150 W i-Tool soldering iron for efficient soldering, the Chip Tool VARIO desoldering tweezers (2×40 W) for precise desoldering of the finest SMD elements, and the X-Tool vario (150 W) for desoldering wired components. <\/p>\n

All soldering tools are equipped with an acceleration sensor that can be used to set an automatic standby switch (150-300\u00b0C) or a hibernation function (room temperature) after being put down. The tools heat up again in seconds by moving them back into operating mode.
\nAlternatively, it is possible to connect further ERSA soldering tools.
\nAll functions, including air and vacuum generation, are integrated into a central supply unit with a very simple i-Op operation and a clear display. The station also offers interfaces for automatically switching on Ersa solder fume extraction units (via a standby signal) or controlling Ersa infrared preheaters, as well as a USB port.
