4-Hole Mast Clamp for Ø 58–60 mm Tubes – 3 mm Galvanised Steel

The AS46061 is a robust 4-hole mast clamp designed for securing satellite and antenna mast tubes with an outside diameter of 58 to 60 mm.

It is particularly suitable for installations where a mast tube needs to be fixed to a load-bearing roof rafter, timber beam or another appropriate supporting structure.

The clamp is manufactured from 3 mm quality steel sheet and features a galvanised surface.

Two 8 × 50 mm wood screws are included.

Suitable for Ø 58–60 mm mast tubes

The clamp is designed for round mast tubes with an outside diameter between 58 and 60 mm.

Typical applications include:

satellite antenna masts

DVB-T/T2 antenna systems

terrestrial antennas

directional antennas

suitable radio antenna installations

compatible technical mast structures

The actual mast diameter should always be checked before installation.

Four-hole mounting design

The clamp features four mounting holes for attachment to a suitable supporting structure.

This allows the mast bracket to be fixed at several points and provides a stable connection between the mast and mounting substrate.

3 mm quality steel sheet

The bracket is manufactured from 3 mm thick quality steel sheet.

The robust construction provides a solid mechanical base for typical antenna mast installations.

Galvanised surface

The steel surface is galvanised to provide corrosion protection for typical satellite and antenna installation environments.

Two 8 × 50 mm wood screws included

Two wood screws are included.

They can be used with suitable load-bearing timber substrates where appropriate.

For concrete, masonry, metal or other materials, compatible mounting hardware must be selected separately.

Typical applications

The AS46061 can be used for:

satellite mast installations

roof rafter mounting

terrestrial antenna systems

directional antennas

replacement of existing mast clamps

repair and retrofit work

suitable technical tube fixing applications

Mechanical load considerations

The strength of the completed installation depends on the complete system.

Important factors include:

mast diameter

unsupported mast length

antenna size

antenna weight

wind surface area

supporting structure

mounting hardware

installation location
