Black Sealing Tape 600 × 80 mm for Mast Penetrations up to Ø 76 mm

The AS47015 is a strongly adhesive black sealing tape based on a plastic rubber-based sealing compound.

According to the available product data, the material has plasto-elastic properties and is self-fusing/self-sealing.

With dimensions of approximately 600 × 80 mm, it is particularly suitable for sealing and weather-protecting suitable mast penetrations and transitions in satellite, antenna and roof installations.

The product is specified for mast diameters up to Ø 76 mm.

Dimensions

Length: Approx. 600 mm

Width: Approx. 80 mm

Colour: Black

For mast tubes up to Ø 76 mm

The sealing tape is suitable for mast diameters up to:

Ø 76 mm

according to the available product information.

The required tape length depends on tube diameter, overlap and installation geometry.

Rubber-based sealing compound

The material is described as:

plastic sealing compound based on rubber

with plasto-elastic properties.

This allows the tape to conform to curved surfaces and transitions.

Strong adhesion

Reliable adhesion requires a properly prepared surface.

The substrate should be:

clean

dry

free from dust

free from oil and grease

free from loose coatings

Self-fusing design

According to the product data, the tape is self-fusing/self-sealing.

Overlapping sections can form a continuous sealing layer when correctly installed.

For antenna mast penetrations

Typical applications include additional weather protection around suitable:

satellite mast penetrations

antenna roof penetrations

mast collars

roof flashings

technical pipe transitions

Not a mechanical mast fixing

The AS47015 is a sealing material only.

It does not secure or support the mast mechanically.

The mast must be supported by a suitable structural mounting system.

Not a complete roof waterproofing system

The sealing tape can support a weather-protected connection but should not be regarded as a universal waterproofing solution by itself.

The final sealing performance depends on:

overlap

surface preparation

water drainage

roof geometry

roof flashing

mast collar

installation quality
