4-Hole Steel Mast Clamp for Tubes Ø 58–60 mm – Galvanically Zinc Plated

The AS46060 is a robust four-hole mast clamp designed to secure antenna and round mast tubes with an outside diameter between Ø 58 and 60 mm to a suitable load-bearing structure.

Typical applications include mounting a suitable antenna mast to a roof rafter, timber beam or comparable structural support.

According to the available product data, the clamp is manufactured from 3 mm steel sheet and has a galvanically zinc-plated surface.

Two screws are included according to the available information. Their exact dimensions and suitability for a particular substrate are not confirmed and should be checked before installation.

For mast tubes Ø 58–60 mm

The clamp is intended for tubes with an outside diameter between:

Ø 58 mm

Ø 60 mm

This makes it particularly suitable for antenna mast systems in the 60 mm diameter class.

Four-hole design

The clamp has four mounting holes.

These allow attachment to a suitable structural support at multiple fixing points.

The actual mounting hardware must be appropriate for the substrate and load.

3 mm steel sheet

The clamp is manufactured from:

3 mm steel sheet

according to the available product data.

Galvanically zinc plated

The steel surface is galvanically zinc plated to support corrosion protection in typical antenna installations.

No confirmed coating thickness is stated.

Two screws included

According to the product data, the package includes:

2 screws

Their use should be checked against the actual substrate. Additional or different fixing hardware may be required depending on the installation.

Typical roof rafter application

One common use is securing an antenna mast to a structurally sound roof rafter.

The rafter itself must be capable of carrying the loads transferred by:

the mast

the antenna

wind forces

Not a complete mast support system

The AS46060 is an individual mechanical mounting component.

Depending on mast length and antenna loading, additional clamps or support points may be required.

Satellite antenna installations

The clamp can form part of a suitable satellite mast structure.

No confirmed maximum satellite dish diameter is specified.

Suitability depends on the complete installation, including:

mast wall thickness

unsupported mast length

support spacing

antenna weight

wind area

structural support

Other antenna applications

The clamp may also be used in suitable installations for:

DVB-T/T2 antennas

DAB/DAB+ antennas

FM antennas

suitable radio antennas

Repair and replacement

The AS46060 can be used when replacing a damaged mast clamp or adding a suitable additional support point to an existing Ø 58–60 mm mast installation.
