The OPTICUM ROBUST Unicable SCR LNB combines modern single-cable satellite distribution with three conventional Legacy outputs, making it a flexible solution for new installations as well as upgrades of existing satellite systems.
The SCR output supports up to four compatible satellite receivers or TV tuners through a single coaxial cable. Four dedicated user band frequencies are available at 1210, 1420, 1680 and 2040 MHz. Each compatible receiver is assigned its own user band, allowing all connected devices to select satellite channels independently.
In addition to the Unicable/SCR connection, the LNB provides three Full Band Legacy outputs for conventional satellite receivers. This allows modern Unicable equipment and traditional satellite receivers to be operated within the same installation. Up to seven independent tuner paths can therefore be used in total: four via SCR and three via Legacy outputs.
With an input frequency range of 10.7 to 12.75 GHz, a low noise figure of 0.1 dB and a gain of at least 57 dB, the LNB provides a strong technical basis for reliable satellite reception. The integrated LTE filter helps reduce potential interference from mobile communication signals.
The standard 40 mm feed diameter makes the LNB suitable for many common satellite dishes. Its combination of Unicable technology and additional Legacy outputs makes it particularly useful for multi-room installations, existing coaxial cabling and satellite systems that need to be expanded without adding separate cables for every SCR receiver.
